About the Role

We are seeking a Management Consultant and Business Analyst to help our clients improve their operations, boost efficiency, and achieve measurable results. You'll analyse business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support the implementation of practical solutions that drive real impact.

What You'll Do

• Analyse business operations and performance data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Support the development and implementation of operational strategies aligned with client goals
• Monitor service delivery performance and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives
• Map and document business processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, presenting insights clearly and professionally
• Prepare management reports, performance dashboards, and analytical summaries
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations

What We are Looking For

Essential:

• Experience in business analysis, management consultancy, or operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate data insights into practical recommendations
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with process improvement or operational optimisation

Desirable:

• Experience supporting SMEs or service-based organisations
• Knowledge of performance measurement frameworks and KPIs
• Familiarity with workflow mapping and business process modelling
• Understanding of compliance and operational governance

Qualifications:

• Degree or equivalent experience in Business Management, Management Consultancy, Operations, or related field
• Relevant professional certifications are advantageous
